What Everyone Wants to Know
Below we list out commonly asked questions about buying artwork from Simplistic Designs by Catherine for their home decor. From shipping, to sizes, to return policies- you will find your answers below! If you don't, contact us today and we will help with your inquiries.
Included in our fine-art home decor are photographic prints.
Our fine-art photography can be purchased as a print without a frame or a print in a hand-selected frame. Your print purchase will be based first on the size of the print. Our popular size is a 8x10 print in a 11x14 frame.

*All prints come in matte.
Our abstract paintings are sold as a one-of-a-kind piece on its original canvas. We also create custom pieces. We may sell prints of our original paintings in the future as we create more artwork.
We also provide custom artwork for our customers. We will not sell prints of custom paintings made for customers if requested to keep the uniqueness of the art that was created.
All artworks, especially photographs, are prone to fading with long daily exposure to sunlight. To ensure your art has the best lifespan, keep them in place that will not have direct sunlight for long hours each day (over 4 hours of direct light).

Photographic prints do not come with hanging hardware.
If you purchased a framed print, your frame will come with hanging hardware installed for your convenience. The hanging hardware will depend based on the type of frame you choose! Below are some of our common hanging hardware that comes with your art:
Sawtooth hardware: installed for vertical or horizontal hanging. The sawtooth piece should be used with a single nail, allowing you to straighten and hang your picture. Note: Sawtooth hangers can create a bump-out between the picture and the wall.
D-ring or Triangle Ring Hangers: installed for vertical or horizontal hanging. The Ring hangers will attach to a screw, nail, or hook placed in the wall where you'd like the picture to hang.
Easel: Some smaller frames include a fold-out easel attached to frame backing for desk display.
Hanging hardware is not included with "photographic print" purchases.

We can cancel or change your order if done so within the processing time of your order. Otherwise, once your order is shipped we will need to go through our exchange policy.

The shipping company is responsible for lost orders and deliveries. We will try to assist you as best as possible at hello@simplisticdesignsbc.com however, once you receive a tracking number we are not responsible for lost packages.
All our items are packed in perfect condition and well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
We understand items may get damaged during transit. If your product was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us via email with an image of the damages so we can review and work with you. Email hello@simplisticdesignsbc.com and we will get in touch.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We also take payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
All our products are listed in United States Dollar ($ USD) and paid in USD.
We are open to working with the community to connect with more customers. If you are interested in collaborating please contact us at simplisticdesignsbc@gmail.com. We tend to prefer and work with interior designers and galleries.
We do not print in-house and rely on a high-end third party printer for our photographic prints.
Are prints use the giclée printing method. By this method, ink is applied through an inkjet printer to create rich, true-to-life color and incredible resolution. Our photos are printed on heavy-weight, FSC-certified paper with a matte texture.
Our prints are done on matte paper to reduce glare when placed in a glass frame. The print has a smooth, neutral-white finish.
All our orders are packaged and shipped from Florida, USA.
Your ordered items will be processed within 48 hours of your purchase. Your print items may take 1-4 weeks after purchase to receive your prints in the United States. All framed orders come with the print in the frame and may take 3-10 business days after purchase to receive your framed order.
Once shipped from our facility, the time it takes for you to receive the package is dependent on the shipping company. Please check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for timing.
At this time, we only ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
